DISCIPLINARY ACTION

Virginia Commonwealth University has received disciplinary penalties as a result of rule 15.02.0, which states: “A team will be placed on probation if they conduct the football operations of their team in a manner not considered acceptable by NCFA standards.” As a result, Virginia Commonwealth University is now on probation for the 2012 season.

Xavier University has received disciplinary penalties as a result of rule 15.02.0, which states: “A team will be automatically placed on probation if they forfeit or cancel any NCFA Sanctioned Football Game in which they give their opponent less than 6 days advanced notice.” As a result, Xavier University is now on probation for the 2012 season.

2012 RAWLINGS WEEK 3 POWER RANKINGS

Quite a bit of movement this week! After a smashing Xavier, SIUe claims the No.1 spot while OC Tech drops to No.3.  As a result of not playing any conference games, Miami (OH) has also dropped several spots in the 2012 Rawlings Week 3 Power Rankings. Next Ranking 9/26/12.
