Clemson University has officially joined the South Atlantic Conference of the NCFA.

Thanks to all those NCFA member teams who voted on the NCFA Rules Development Voting Ballot Part 4, the fourth phase of the 2010 NCFA Rule Book is now available for viewing.  Final 2010 NCFA Rule Book will be released following completion of the NCFA Rules Development Voting Ballot Part 5.
