Weber Promoted to Director of Football Operations
The NCFA is excited to announce that effective February 1st, Rachel Weber has been promoted from Director of Football Development to Director of Football Operations. After leading the NCFA to the most productive off season of new team growth in league history, it was apparent that her skill and passion for club sports makes her the perfect candidate to lead the day to day operations of the NCFA moving forward. Rachel will continue with her responsibilities as SID and working to development new teams to become NCFA members to compliment her new role.
