Lander University has been placed on probation for violating NCFA Rule 18.01.0 (Failure to pay performance bond), and Eastern Michigan has been placed on probation for violating NCFA Rule 18.01.0 (Failure to pay performance bond) and 18.02.0 (Late notice forfeit).
