Born in the City of Champions, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Christian Smith developed an early passion for leadership, teamwork, and competition. He attended Pine-Richland High School in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania, where he lettered on the Varsity Basketball Team beginning in his sophomore year, demonstrating dedication and discipline both on and off the court.

He continued his education at Clarion University, earning a degree in Marketing and building the foundation for a successful career in business operations and leadership.

Since joining CollClubSports in 2006, Smith has played an integral role in the organization’s growth and success. Most recently named Chief Operations Officer, he brings extensive operational expertise, strong leadership, and a deep commitment to the company’s mission. Known as a driven and results-oriented professional, he continues to help shape the future of the organization through strategic vision, collaboration, and a passion for excellence.

Christian currently resides in Gibsonia, PA, with his wife and 4 children.  In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and watching and cheering on the Pittsburgh Pirates, Steelers and Penguins.
