Thanks to all those NCFA member teams who voted on the NCFA Rules Development Voting Ballot Part 2, the second phase of the 2010 NCFA Rule Book is now available for viewing.  Phase 3 will be released following completion of the NCFA Rules Development Voting Ballot Part 3.
